I found this site from a comment and an outlink from Literature & Latté which was about using Scrivener for project management.
Glad to see that someone else has thought about using this tool for this job.
What I am thinking about is whether a Scrivener template for project management would be a good and useful (if minor) contribution. I’m currently looking for such a creature.
Also, am considering suggesting to Kirk McElhearn the Scrivener podcaster that he find somebody who is an expert on P.M. with Scrivener to do an episode. Since you have done the podcast (2024) and have been using it this way since at least 2011, maybe you are that person?
Maybe?! Not a bad idea – to create a sharable template. I have one that I created; I’ll have to look at what it would take to make it a shared resource.
